1. What is your favorite newspaper front page? Why?
- My favorite newspaper front page was the "Rapid City Journal" front page from north Dakota because although there was not to much color, just enough it was clear and easy to read. Also the "main" photo of the issue was beautiful.
2. What is your favorite headline from that newspaper? Why are you interested in it?
- My favorite headline for the article was "On foot through the Badlands" because I love the picture, and it creates a sense of mystery that makes me want to pick it up and read it.
3. How many stories are on the front page of your favorite?
- There where 5 stories on the front cover, not the whole stories but the start.
4.What do you notice that all newspaper front pages have in common? Look at design, size of photos, size of story text, etc.
- I noticed that all the headlines where black and bolded, and the articles that where the most important had bigger headlines. I also noticed that although the font size varied, everything but the title was the same type of text. I also noticed that the same "earthy" tones where carries throughout the front page.
5. What are things that vary (or are different) on the front pages of different newspapers? Look at design, size of photos, size of headlines, etc.
- Compared to other newspapers front page's, the biggest difference I noticed was how clear and not bunched together everything is. Although its very simplistic they pulled it off without being to boring.
