This photo almost brought me to tears. I think I was drawn to this because of the simplicity yet the huge meaning behind. There is not much there but you feel like your their experiencing his tremendous loss, one that this country will not forget. The long brass placque with the thousands of names on it brought you down the line to him. Also focusing him in the middle brought you to him and his emotions. I think this photo made the top 40 because of the great meaning and remembrance of a horrible event that happened on 9/11/1.

This photo caught my eye because you have this girl who is somewhat happy with pretty cloths and a beautiful flower amongst these soldiers in black representing death and destruction. This photo is an amazing because it captures peace VS. perfectly. What I thought was cool element of the photo was how he captured this with the line of soldiers, it brings you down the line and through the photo. I this made the top 40 because like I said its a great balance of emotion in one picture.

This photo out of all of them caught me the most. When you see at it you don't even need to look at the caption. You just know whats happening there is just so much love and emotion. You just feel it. What I really liked about the technique of this photo is the focus on those two, it is just perfect! I think this made the top 40 because of how much emotion was captured.
